Schedules now have effective dates
We’ve changed how schedules work in Hrvey - going forward, whenever you change a schedule for an office or employee, you’ll be asked to specify when the change should take effect. If any time off has already been booked after this date, Hrvey will automatically take care of recalculating it, taking into account the new schedule.
The new schedule will remain in effect indefinitely, or until a new schedule is set up at a later date. This also means that going forward, instead of just a single schedule, Hrvey will now keep track of all historic schedules you’ve had, of which your current schedule is just the latest incarnation.
If you want to look at previous schedules (or future planned schedule changes), you can do so using arrows at the top of the schedule panel.
